The products and services offered in the online store can be found at the top and left sections of the page.
Each product is presented with two image sizes. We have tried to provide high-resolution images for better visibility. Clicking on the smaller image opens a zoomed-in, panoramic view. Please be patient if the image loads slowly—since you cannot physically touch the product, at least you should be able to see it clearly. We have done our best to represent the true colors of the products, but slight differences may occur due to monitor settings.
All prices shown next to the products are gross retail prices (including VAT), listed in RON.
Product prices vary based on size. Once you select the desired size, the price updates automatically.
For discounted products, the old and new prices are both clearly displayed.
If you like a product, simply select the desired size and quantity, then click the “Add to Cart” button. The system will confirm whether the item was successfully added to your cart.
You can view your cart contents at any time by clicking the “Cart” menu. Clicking on the product image will display the large version again.
We can only fulfill orders for products currently in stock. Therefore, if you add a quantity exceeding the available stock (e.g., only 1 item in stock, but you enter 2), a red warning message will appear in the cart.
If the item goes out of stock during your purchase, a red warning will also appear. In that case, the product must be removed from the cart. If ignored, the order cannot be submitted.
Important! The stock may change during your shopping session—e.g., due to simultaneous orders from other customers. If the number in the “Quantity” field turns red, it means the selected quantity is no longer available. Please follow the steps above. Orders can only be submitted if there are no red-marked quantities in the cart!
Once you finalize your list, you need to select the delivery method (e.g., home delivery). If you want to leave a note regarding the delivery—for us or the courier—you can enter it in the designated field.
We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided, listing the ordered products, the total amount, and the delivery fee if applicable. You will also be able to review your delivery and billing address. If you notice any incorrect information, please notify us as soon as possible!
Attention! We have previously encountered cases where users did not receive our emails or the verification code required for registration. This may be due to a full inbox or our email landing in the spam folder. Therefore, please add our email address – info@scamp.ro – to your “trusted senders” list during registration.
