Wallpaper orders are processed in the order they are received. From the time we receive your order, preparing the package takes approximately 2–4 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Of course, we strive to prepare all packages as quickly as possible, but during certain periods—such as holidays or seasonal peaks—both the preparation and delivery times may be extended. Once your order is ready, we hand the package over to our contracted courier service. You will receive an email notification on the day the package is dispatched.

If you are expecting a wallpaper package from us, we recommend checking your email inbox daily.
It is important that someone be present at the delivery address on the delivery day to receive the package. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order. If any of your details (e.g., address or phone number) have changed since placing the order, please update them in the order form.
If you are not at home and the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will contact you by phone.
When receiving the package, always check its condition. If the package appears damaged, please open it in the courier’s presence and request a damage report. We can only accept complaints if this procedure is followed.
Wallpaper packages are delivered by courier, and payment is made in cash upon delivery. A shipping fee is applied for home delivery, depending on the total value of the order.
