These provisions apply under Government Ordinance OUG 34/2014, in cases where the purchase involves wallpaper ordered through this website using means of distance communication.

According to current legislation, “the consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their withdrawal from the wallpaper purchase, without penalties and without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.”

The consumer is only responsible for the direct shipping costs related to the return.

After receiving the returned wallpaper, and no later than 30 days from its arrival at the following address: Car. Florilor, Gheorgheni 535500, Harghita County – we will refund the amount paid by the customer. The refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer via email. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns or parcels sent via Romanian Post. If the package is lost and does not reach us, we cannot issue a refund, so please keep your shipping receipt. The responsibility for any lost parcels lies with the sender. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for wallpapers that are visibly used, damaged, or opened.

Applicable Legislation

According to Article 14(2) of Government Ordinance O.U.G. 34/2014, “you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.”

According to Article 14(3) of the same ordinance, “you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.” Any value depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount.

The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the order confirmation or conclusion of the contract, in accordance with OUG 34/2014.
