Exchange Procedure:

1. Please return the wallpaper(s) to the following address: LUAR CLASS SRL - Car. Florilor, Gheorgheni 535500, Harghita County. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. We do not accept returned products that are incomplete, damaged, broken, or soiled. The incorrect wallpaper can only be exchanged while stock lasts.
2. Place a new order in the VariaShop online store (for the correct type or size). When placing the order, please indicate in the "Comments" field that this is an exchange package. Be sure to specify which product you wish to exchange, including the exact wallpaper item number. It is very helpful if you also attach the confirmation email of your previous order.
